Indian Creek is very popular development that has spacious single storey detached/single vacation homes with pools located on large lots in quiet, wide streets. Indian Creek is located just 3 miles from Disney’s main gate – far enough away from the attractions to allow a bit of peace and quiet in which to rest and relax and close enough to be back in the heart of the excitement and energy of all that Disney has to offer in a few minutes.

So, Isandia Villa offers excellent access to all of the theme parks and attractions of Disney but offering  the space and privacy of luxury, residential-style accomodation. Isandia Villa is located in the Kissimmee residential area of Indian Creek – try ZIP code 34747.

Indian Creek has plenty of additional community attractions designed for families, which are all FREE for our guests use. Young children will love the playgrounds (there’s 2 of them), and will spend hours on the climbing frames, swings and equipment. Older kids – and the young at heart – will enjoy playing in the sunshine on the putting green, tennis courts, soccer pitches, baseball nets, and lots of open spaces to enjoy.

Just 2 minutes from the entrance, guests will find the famous highway 192 – and the Formosa Gardens shopping mall and eatery. Some of the best known restaurants are located at Formosa Gardens, with an Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano’s Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carabba’s Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell takeaways, as well as shops, a Winn Dixie supermarket, and much more.

The key routes north, south, east and west are all within a few miles of Indian Creek that will easily lead you to Orlando’s other shopping and entertainment areas and the east and west coasts.

Formosa Gardens Shopping VillageFormosa Gardens & Highway 192

Locally is the Formosa Gardens Shopping Village which has a large supermarket, medical centre, gift shops and a good selection of restaurants including TGI Fridays, Outback Steak House and The Red Lobster, together with a Chinese and Italian plus a Subway that does great sandwiches. Just around the corner is Rolling Oaks commons, which is home to a SuperTarget supermarket, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse and several other stores. There is also a Publix Supermarket just across the road.

A little further along you will find a vast selection of restaurants offering every kind of food imaginable from the fabulous help yourself buffets to Japanese, Chinese and Indian, there is also a huge selection of souvenir and gift shops.

Downtown KissimmeeDowntown Kissimmee

Downtown Kissimmee is a ten minute drive away and again has an abundance of restaurants and shops lining the main 192 highway. Look for the Big Wheel at the heart of downtown and you’ll find a great entertainment complex with go-carts, rides and kiddies rides, along with a good selection of novelty stores, a concert stage and restaurants/bars.

Celebration FloridaCelebration

Celebration is a quaint, purpose built town reminiscent of those classic American towns seen on TV and Cinema screens. The quaint shops offer something a little different from the usual souvenirs. There are some superb restaurants and cafe’s overlooking the waterfront and a there is also a cinema.

Although car hire is often the best option, there is local transport around if you prefer not to drive or just fancy a car-free day or an evening out without having to worry about drink driving.

Public Transport:

Our home roughly a 25-30 minute walk to the busy 192 highway along which the local bus service No55 runs west and terminates at the Walmart Supercenter at Cagans Crossing on Highway 27 or east through Kissimmee terminating at Osceola Mall. The buses run every half hour from around 6am until 8.00pm. There is also another service, No 56, which will take you right to the Disney World Transportation and Ticket Centrex – from here you can use any of the free Disney transportation systems to get around the various parks.
